Molly Suggs

Conscious design and pursuing dreams are the principles which Staff Coach, Molly Suggs practices and teaches. She is passionate about developing people’s integrity, because she understands that freedom comes from living life aligned with dreams rather than reactions and feelings.

Because she is enthusiastic about serving others and has a professional background in non-profit development, Molly transitioned easily into being a coach. After her rigorous training, coaching others how to build integrity and enjoy personal freedom is now her preferred method to affect lasting change in the world.

In addition to being a Staff Coach, Molly is the Director of Sales and Programming for Handel Group™ Life Coaching. Molly’s vision is to bring the benefit of coaching not only to individuals, one-on-one, but also to large groups through a variety of media, including powerful online web events and workshops.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Molly holds a bachelors degree in Political Science and loves philosophy. She lives in Bergen County, New Jersey with her son and daughter from whom she continuously learns the most profound lessons in life and love.

I have been coaching with Molly for a year now. In that time, she has helped inspire and challenge me to face my chicken and my Super Brat on numerous occasions. And how big they can be at times…but she never lets me lose sight of my goals & dreams. Molly holds me accountable for my actions and responsible for designing my life. I trust Molly to tell me the truth about myself and appreciate it.

Molly planted the seed in me to search for my birth mother, face my haunt and learn the truth about my personal history. The reward was greater than the risk of never knowing my life story and continuing to live with this haunt. So after months of resistance and fighting against the suggestion, I let go of my theories of how difficult or expensive this search would be and let down my guard to be more open to this experience. I was able to find my birth mother overnight once I was ready. This has given me more opportunities and improved my self-confidence to believe that I can truly make anything happen when I align my mind, body and heart and live in integrity.

All this would not have been possible without Molly’s constant love for helping those she coaches deal with their haunts, personal traits and theories and her continued faith in the power people hold within.
