Posted November 4th, 2008 by Laurie GerberSo, of course, since the Sex, Intimacy and Staying in Love (SIS) just started, I had to have a juicy fight with my darling husband last night.

Did you ever wonder why for such smart people we are so challenged about dieting?
Haven’t you buffet-ed enough diets to write your own diet book?
Chicken or Turkey

Chicken or Turkey: The deliberations of a life coach by Marnie Handel Nir My name is Marnie and I’m a life coach. It’s been ten years, two kids, one dog instead of a third kid, a column, a television treatment, a book proposal, twenty plus coaching clients and several hurricanes since first I started being trained to coach. Oh heck, that’s a bit of a lie. I’m Jewish. Fight The Real War
Posted June 27th, 2008 by Handel Group
We humans generally avoid saying how we really feel to each other because we think we already know what the other person will think, say or how they will react and it's usually bad. We collect evidence to support our theories and then we chat about it with other people to prove our points. We could call this creating a conspiracy. Chatting in our heads and collecting evidence creates an imaginary war of "us against them.” The real battle is to stop talking to yourself & others and have the courage to tell your truth to the person who really ought to hear it.
