As Vice President, Talent Management, Leslie ensures that all consultants in the corporate division are trained first to live, and then to deliver, the Handel Method®, to a diverse industry clientele. Leslie teaches these principles to heads of Handel industry subdivisions such as healthcare, not-for-profit, and law, and she trains academic experts and international peacekeepers to leave an indelible imprint globally. Leslie leads crash courses to executives in New York, has co-hosted a monthly TV segment on topics of interest to professionals in the Northeast, and consults executives one-on-one throughout the country in maximizing their leadership potential.
For over 14 years, Leslie’s career has been enthusiastically devoted to accelerating corporate performance and maximizing staff effectiveness. From a very early age, she was intrigued by the dynamics of businesses and the factors that enabled or hampered their success: Leslie brought innovative solutions to Sothebys New York and Sothebys Los Angeles Fine Jewels in auction management, operations, and staff selection and training. Around this time, she met Lauren Zander, co-founder of the Handel Group™, and experienced firsthand the transformative impact the Handel Method® had both on her professional and personal life.
After numerous years of bringing creative solutions to business challenges, Leslie leveraged her certification and training in Classical Feng Shui and her industry expertise, and subsequently formed a workspace-productivity consulting firm, Chi Holdings. As President, she hand selected and directed industry expert consultants to oversee the renovation and realignment of corporate offices to optimize business results.
Leslie’s clients often say that her effectiveness is likely a function of her versatility: her holistic approach and worldview is an amalgam of the Handel methodology, her artistic sensibility, martial arts training, brimming natural enthusiasm, and experience as an entrepreneur and businesswoman.
Leslie received her Bachelor of Science from Babson College, in Wellesley, MA. She was a Presidential Scholar and summa cum laude graduate, and created Babson’s first Arts and Entrepreneurship degree. Leslie currently resides in Manhattan, NY.
