Part 2 of our flagship Life Design Series

Our Life Coaching Intensive is Part 2 of our flagship Life Design Series. In this foundational series, consisting of Part 1: Life Coaching Crash Course (LCCC) and Part 2: Life Coaching Intensive, we teach that happiness is a three-step process:

  1. Dreaming: Becoming clear about what you want.
  2. Talk-back: Discerning and controlling your negative inner dialogue, or “mental chatter.”
  3. Personal Integrity®: Keeping your promises to yourself.

In the prerequisite Life Coaching Crash Course, you were introduced to the tools to redesign your life. Now it’s time to take action! In the Life Coaching Intensive, you will become a skilled master of these tools and use them to create long-term, lasting change in your life. If designing your life were like learning Spanish, then the LCCC would be like a Spanish class, and the Intensive would be like you living in Mexico for several months.

The program includes individual coaching, group coaching, and buddy coaching with our premier coaches. If you are someone who is inspired by the idea of a fast track through a deep and rigorous personal inquiry into your life, this program is made for you.

*Part 1: Life Coaching Crash Course is a prerequisite for the Life Coaching Intensive. The Intensive is a prerequisite for training to become a Handel Life Coach.
