Private coaching happens via telephone (usually a weekly or bi-weekly one hour call) which enables you to get coached from anywhere in the world. Life coaching rates, find a life coach

Group coaching courses are offered via telephone and are led by an HG life coach. These groups, which generally run 12 consecutive weeks on a variety of topics, are limited to six participants to ensure that everyone gets individual attention from the coach. Some participants report that the group dynamic actually enhances their experience as they hear others being coached and observe their subsequent growth.
