Staff Coach
A former client and recovering personal growth junkie, Lora returned to Handel Group as a Coach In Training in 2016 after the birth of her son. After unmistakably hearing her mother’s voice come out of her own mouth, Lora chose to dedicate her life to evolving her own lineage, sharing The Handel Method, and making the world a happier place for humanity (and her son!).
In addition to Life Coaching, Lora is a nutritional chef, inspirational speaker, and the Amazon bestselling author of Veggies for Carnivores.
For over a decade, Lora traveled the world, training with chefs, healers, and yoga masters. She has cooked for clients globally as well as created menus and recipes for juice bars, restaurants, and corporations all over the world. In addition, she has shared her philosophies in her award-winning blog and with national audiences on the Rachael Ray Show, Plum TV, and The Food Network, as well as publications like Spa Asia, US Weekly, People, The Huffington Post, InStyle Magazine, Barron’s, Whole Living, Living Maxwell, and The Food Babe. Ever determined to find love, she was also the spokes-model for Match.com in 2007 in print, radio, and TV. Her scavenger hunt continues. Stay tuned
Lora is a graduate of Parsons School of Design in NY & Paris, ICE Culinary in NYC, and Ecole Chocolate.
As an avid yoga and meditation practitioner as well as a professional chocolatier, Lora believes that balance is possible, most of the time. She currently lives in Miami Beach with her delicious son, Jonah.
