Donna Broome

Donna Broome officially joined Handel Group in January of 2020.  She came to the team, as many do, after being a client for over 15 years where she partnered with HG’s CEO Shir Nir to help organizations leverage Handel Group and The Handel Method across many business transformations. 

Throughout Donna’s entire executive career, she has invested in humans as she truly believes that people are the strategic advantage of any organization. She was inspired to join Handel Group by the transformational changes she made personally by applying The Handel Method to her own life, and has experienced first hand how HG helps teams to enhance their personal and organizational success.

Donna  is a tenacious organizational development leader specializing in change management and calculated risk-taking, as well as a transformational leader with a broad network of diverse top talent who has demonstrated commitment to team performance at executive and staff levels. She has over 25 years experience with a proven track record of success in a multitude of companies including Xerox, Grainger, Advance Auto Parts and PPG industries, where she held senior positions in Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales with direct P and L responsibility. 

Donna is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University and the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. She shares her life with amazing friends and family. She has three beautiful daughters and her first, hopefully of many, grandson.
