Executive Coach
Leslie draws on 18 years of broad experience in operations, entrepreneurship, business development, direct sales, and talent management, coupled with over 15 years of training in the Handel Method®, to maximize the results of leaders, teams, and organizations. Her unique perspective is informed by coaching and consulting in varied industries, with a focus on software, financial services, advertising, logistics and transportation.
Business/Organizational/Educational Leadership Experience
As a Handel Group® executive coach, Leslie oversees Handel Group’s® West Coast division. Leslie leads programs, seminars, and projects with Handel Group® client companies across the globe. This work creates desired outcomes, enhances team performance, and transforms cultures in organizations. She develops and strengthens partnerships with recruiting/advisory companies, venture capital firms, and tech firms in the Bay area and across the country. Leslie has co-hosted a monthly TV segment on topics of interest to professionals in the Northeast and has provided content for multiple media outlets on leadership effectiveness. In higher education, she delivered a for-credit course at Stanford University’s Medical School titled Empowering Emerging Scientists to graduate students and post doctoral scholars, and will teach in Stanford’s Graduate Business School in the Fall. Through one-on-one coaching, she guides and inspires senior leaders to expand self-concept and thus achieve their highest success.
Talent Management Experience
Prior to her most recent role, she co-created and managed the Corporate Talent Management division, ensuring that all Handel Group® consultants are trained first to live and then to deliver the Handel Method® to a diverse industry clientele. She designs programs, codifies the Method®, and trains business leaders, academic experts, and international peacekeepers to leave an indelible global imprint.
